Soft and springy!
I have the black version of this skirt and love it so much that I got the pink version too! It's super soft and light and feminine. The color is slightly more muted in person, and I LOVE it. There's no inner lining on this, so be sure you have a slip on hand. I'm 5'1" and wear it high-waisted and it falls just above my ankles.
