Domestic Shipping

• FREE Shipping on orders $150 and over! You've got to love that! For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of just $9.95 for standard shipping via USPS or UPS.

• Standard Shipping: Most standard shipping orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Need your order sooner? We totally get it! Expedited shipping options, including UPS Next Day Air, are available at checkout.

• UPS Next Day Air: Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time (Monday–Friday) will be processed for shipment that same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM Central Time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

• Next Day Air Delivery: UPS Next Day Air provides delivery on the next business day after UPS receives the package, subject to service availability and carrier exceptions. Saturday delivery is not included automatically and is available only for certain areas and is subject to change based on UPS policy. Sunday delivery is not available. For example, an order placed Friday after 2 PM Central Time will ship Monday and is generally expected to arrive Tuesday.

• Please Note: Selecting Next Day Air speeds up transit time but does not override our order processing cutoff. Delivery dates and times are subject to UPS service availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other carrier delays.

• Peak Seasons: Black Friday, Christmas, federal holidays, and other major sales events may result in additional processing or shipping delays.

• Refused Packages: Orders refused at the time of delivery will forfeit the original shipping charges. Only the purchase price of the refused items will be eligible for a refund, subject to our return policy.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally! We love serving our customers around the world! International shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, destination, and available shipping services. All international orders ship with tracking through UPS or USPS.

• Delivery Times: International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping service, and customs processing. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 2–21 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and customs inspections, holidays, or carrier delays may extend transit times.

• Order Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed during regular business days. During Black Friday, Christmas, and other major sales events, additional processing time may be required.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges are separate from the cost of the merchandise and shipping unless specifically included at checkout.

• Prepaid Duties & Taxes: For eligible international destinations and shipping services, duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. This helps reduce unexpected charges upon delivery! When duties and taxes are prepaid, we arrange shipment using the applicable duty-paid shipping service. Any additional charges assessed by customs or the carrier that were not included at checkout may still apply.

• Duties & Taxes Due Upon Delivery: If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and brokerage fees required by the destination country or carrier. These fees are not included in the original order total.

• Customs Documentation: Certain countries may require additional identification, tax information, or import documentation to clear customs. Customers are responsible for providing any additional information requested by customs authorities or shipping carriers. Delays caused by missing documentation are outside of Inherit's control.

• Select International Flat-Rate Shipping: Flat-rate shipping may be available for eligible packages weighing up to 4 lbs shipped to Australia, Canada, Israel, and New Zealand. Rates and availability are shown at checkout. Please allow an additional 3–4 business days for processing when applicable. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges may be due upon delivery unless collected at checkout.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. UPS customers may also use UPS My Choice, where available, for additional tracking and delivery updates.

• Refused or Unclaimed Packages: Orders refused at delivery or returned because required customs fees were not paid are not eligible for a refund of original shipping charges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be handled according to our return policy after the package is received and inspected. Any additional return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

• Please Note: Inherit Clothing Company is not responsible for delays caused by international customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

• Free Local Pickup! Shopping nearby? We'd love to see you! Minnesota customers can select Local Pick Up at checkout when placing an online order. Simply choose Local Pick Up as your delivery method.

• Pickup Hours: Orders can be picked up at our Morris, MN storefront during the following hours:

  • Thursday: 10 AM–7 PM

  • Friday: 10 AM–5 PM

  • Saturday: 10 AM–2 PM

• Order Processing: Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. We kindly ask that you wait for this confirmation before stopping in.
