How do I return a purchase?

I am unable to return my item because of final sale, but when I purchased it was not?

If your order qualifies for a return within our standard 30-day window, just shoot an email to email@example.com and we will take care of it for you!
How long does it take for me to receive a refund from a return?
You will typically see a credit to your account in about 5–10 business days after the date the refund is initiated. Keep in mind that it may take longer for the credit to show on your credit card statement, depending on the card issuer.
How long does shipping take?
On domestic orders, if you ever need your items sooner than our standard 3-5 business days shipping, you can always select expedited shipping for an additional fee. Also keep in mind that Black Friday rush, Post Office holidays or other sales may delay this process. Know that we always do our best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Our orders are shipped standard via First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. We also offer FREE domestic shipping on orders over $100 and Flat Rate $8 shipping on all domestic orders shipped via USPS.
Does Inherit ship internationally?
We sure do! Our international orders ship via UPS or USPS. When your package leaves our doors, we will email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your items through every step of the journey. For more information on costs and turnaround times, be sure to check out our Shipping Page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
In most cases, because we ship out orders so quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any orders. That said, we encourage you to reach out immediately if any part of your order was incorrect or made in error. We’ll always do what we can to assist. We also offer no-hassle returns so we’ll make sure you are taken care of. We are here to help.
I received a damaged item or faulty item, what should I do?
In the off chance that something doesn’t seem right, claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service representative will assist you further.
Can I visit your retail location?

How does local pick up work?
When checking out online, simply choose the local pick-up option. (note: it will only be an option to choose if you have a Minnesota address). Orders will be ready for pick-up every Thursday from 10am-7pm, Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.
Once the order is ready, you will receive an email notification. Pick-up can happen in minutes, but be sure to leave a little extra time to browse in our store. You’ll be glad you did.

The item I just ordered went on sale, can I get the new sale price?
We are sorry if you missed out on a sale but, because we run sporadic sales, we are unable to offer discounts on items that have already been purchased at standard pricing.
My size is sold out in the item I desire. Will you be restocking it?
On any items we will be restocking there is an option to sign up for an email notification. Be sure to sign up to get notified as soon as it is available!
Do you have a uniform size guide?
Because we carry a variety of brands at Inherit, we are unable to offer a universal size guide. The best resource will always be the sizing guide and measurements featured on each product page.
