Curating a modest closet isn't easy, and for me (Amy) that journey didn't happen overnight!
In 2005 I turned my life to the Lord + strived to dress
modestly.
The struggle was very real in finding modest, fun, feminine,
on-trend styles that I felt like myself in.
In 2018, God laid Inherit on my
heart. My husband Anthony, and I prayed on this God-given opportunity and we are SO thankful to be on this purpose filled journey!

So I love this skirt. The fit is overall good. My only problem with it is the waistband has absolutely no stretch to it, so if you’re like me and have hips it takes a bit to get it on. I may try to add a zipper to it just so I don’t pop the stitches. But once the skirt is on it fits great. Not tight and the waist is good.

I loveee this skirt! It is really comfortable and I was surprised by how lightweight the denim is. It is really hard to get the skirt over my hips, as the waistband doesn’t have a ton of stretch, but once it’s on, it fits. For reference, my hips are just the tiniest bit over 34 inches and I got size 2. The skirt is several inches too long on me, as I am 5’3”. But, I was expecting that from the size chart and am just going to hem it.

I know the skirt fits me by holding it up against me. But because it has no zipper, no elastic in the waist, no button closer of any sort, I can't even pull it up past upper thigh. This was very disappointing because the skirt seemed to be sewn well and denim not super thin.
