It's a cute skirt overall. I sized up and it was still slightly snug. I usually wear a large or 14 in the Remi. I purchased an XL in this skirt and slightly hugs my rear. The material is also thin so everything underneath shows. If you tuck in a shirt/cami or put something in the pockets it creates noticeable bulk.
It probably looks fine on smaller ladies. Love the color.
