I just got this dress and tried it on. It is a maxi dress for me (I am 5 feet tall). This is perfect for a winter dress since then my legs will be kept warm. This will work well both for Church and the office. I got the large as it is a straight fit (as opposed to an A frame skirt). This worked well for me since I like my dresses more loose than form fitting. Usually I take a medium. The belt is beautiful touch as well.

I sized up so it wasn't too form fitting , but it is enough room and fits well. The belt is a nice touch . It's soft, even softer than I expected . It can go all through the season with flats or boots
