I sized up in this based on the measurements and when I tried it on it had a little room but I figured it was better than being too snug .
After I washed it and tried it on again , it just wasn’t for me . It was too puffy and the material just had sort of a shower curtain kind of feel to it I guess I didn’t really think about beforehand. Unfortunately I couldn’t send it back so I just donated it instead . This is the only piece ever from here that I wouldn’t buy again
