I'll admit, I was a little nervous the stretch waist band on this would add to the "frump factor" but I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't. I have worn it with a nicer blouse tucked in as well as very casually and it works both ways. I am 5'7'', 150lbs and ordered the large. It fits well--not too tight and not so loose that it falls off when my kiddos tug at my skirt. It hits me just below the knee and has great walkability! I'm glad I took the risk and purchased this skirt.

Nice comfy fit. Good jean material and good cut. Only flaw is the buttons are super bright gold/brass. Wish they were more matte/brushed.

I really like the comfort of this stretchy denim skirt. The large stretchy waistband is nice and would surely work well for a maternity Item as well. I folded the waistband over once and wore it it just a tad shorter than midi. Also love the pockets. It has a good feel to it. Not too thin and not too heavy. The buttons are cute too! I can’t wait to wear it with a laced back sweater I ordered from Inherit due to arrive in my mailbox any day now!! ,)

I love a skirt with a stretch waist! Not sure if I’m done having babies so having something that can be worn with growing belly is nice. The buttons going down the front makes it look nice and perfect for dressing up or down. I’m 5’7” and 110 and got a size medium. The last blue jean elastic skirt I got was a small and it fits but was a little snug so the medium in this fit perfect.
