Inherit Clothing Co. Stylist's Picks: Five Favorite Fall Styles

Inherit Clothing Co. Stylist's Picks: Five Favorite Fall Styles

It's Fall Y'all!

Fall really is the time of year that you have the best of both worlds with weather and fashion!  Fall is warm enough to embrace the summer looks you love, but cool enough that you can start adding colorful layers and mixing textures that just make you want to snuggle! We are only one week into fall and already eyeing up our fav looks! We are going to try to keep it to just FIVE of our favorites that we think will be your go-to styles this fall!

1. Bandana Scarves | Our go-to accessory this fall!

Long modest denim skirts for women

Shop this look: Stella Colored Denim Skirt Mustard // Stripe Theory Top // Multi Tile Bandana

A bandana scarf has a soft + feminine look that adds detail to a classic outfit, and apparently never goes out of style. Seriously, isn’t your grandma still wearing neck scarves? We love this look! The multi-tile bandana with dainty floral print has a touch of mustard that pairs so nicely with our Stripe Theory Top and NEW long modest Stella Skirt--NOW available in fall colors! The classic black + white stripe top paired with the bold mustard skirt gives us all the fall feels...and, you can mix + match this look in so many ways! Adding a cardigan, or a jean jacket would carry you right into the winter months.

2. Your Favorite Vest

Shop this look: Stella Dark // Sunflare Puffer Vest // Park Plaid Top
You know...that one vest you wear as a jacket until it’s cold enough and then cave and don your bulky winter coat! ;-)  Vests are the best of both worlds this time of year...warm enough that you don’t need your winter coat, but cool enough that you can add an extra layer to an outfit for a pop of color, texture, and next level of cozy! We paired the Sunflare Puffer Vest with our Park Plaid Top + our Stella Dark Wash Skirt. This is a perfect look for a chilly Saturday morning coffee date that will transition with you from fall to spring!

3. Corduroy

Shop this look: Oatmeal Tie Cardigan // Wrap Corduroy Midi Skirt //
Tartan Fringe Scarf // Closed Toe Strappy Sandal

If you haven’t noticed, rich colors + cozy textures are kinda our thing this fall. We just keep coming back to these autumn feels and hues. This emerald wrap corduroy midi skirt is all the things we love this time of year. We’ve paired it with an oatmeal tie cardigan and a gorgeous blanket scarf. This wrap skirt is actually a faux wrap to maintain modesty and keep you feeling comfortable when you are out and about!

4. Layering Denims

Shop this look: Remi Olive Midi Skirt // Best Denim Jacket // Patton Plaid Top

Mixing denim was definitely a firm “no” for quite some time, but now it is very much a “yes” in our book. Our Best Denim Jacket with the removable hood liner adds a cozy look to a classic denim over the Patton Plaid Top! Also, how fun is our olive colored denim Remi Midi Skirt with this look?!

5. Colored Lace

Shop this look: Honey and Lace Midi Dress

This one is so simple + feminine, yet sings “fall” so beautifully that we had to save it for last. The Honey + Lace midi dress is a fully lined midi lace dress. Pair it with tights and heels for that formal event you have coming up, or dress it down with a pair of flats. Oh, the lace!!!  We are just so loving that textured look!

So ladies, which of these five fall looks is your favorite? Share with us below!  We LOVE to hear how you style your outfits and dress your days!

Love + Blessings!

Hello Rachel! Thank you so much for the fun feedback! We love that fall brings on so many patterns and styles and fabrics! It sure makes outfit planning fun. I will share with the stylists that you LOVE their work…they sure make us want all the outfits too!! :)

All these styles are flattering and fun, but my favorites for sure are the mix of denim and plaid, and adding a colorful vest to a long, plaid shirt. SO cute!! Great job to the women who put these pieces together ☺ I will have to look in my wardrobe for plaid…
