WAITLIST + PREAUTHORIZE

We are super excited to offer a waitlist! When items sell out prior to being able to claim it, you will get notice that we have that item waitlisted for you. If someone that claims an item doesn’t pay for it and you were next in line, you’ll get a notification that it’s been added to your cart! This is never guaranteed.

You also have the OPTION to authorize your card and give us permission to charge your card + create an order if the item is back in stock and you have it waitlisted. This option does NOT charge your card unless we get the item back in stock; it’s similar to auto bill pay. There are NO holds on your account. Another benefit of waitlist authorizing is that it puts you to the top of the waitlist if an item comes back in stock!

How do you PREAUTHORIZE? ON the app, go to the HEART and then click PREAUTHORIZE. It will then have a pink slide that asks you to PREAUTHORIZE. Then you’re done! If you change your mind, just remove the item from your waitlist.
